Yoga 101
So you noticed that you don't seem to move like you used to. The stress and strain of everyday life and commitments is wearing you down. "Relax" people keep telling you or you tell yourself but it just never seems to happen. And now you are reading this and thinking maybe Yoga can help.
By recognizing that you are out of balance and taking steps to move back in that direction things can get better. Our Yoga 101 class is for those of you who realize that you need to be in control and do something good for yourself again.
This series of eight one-hour sessions will introduce you to the basics of yoga.
It is ideal for beginners just starting out, as well as those looking to reinforce their foundation of basic skills.
